By using the Figly web dashboard and Android TV application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Figly is a parental content control tool that helps parents manage what their children can access on Android TV devices (Chromecast with Google TV). Figly aggregates content information from streaming services and applies parent-configured filters.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal guardian of any children whose profiles you create in Figly. By creating a child profile, you represent that you have parental authority over that child.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT FILTERS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM CONTENT EXPOSURE, DATA LOSS, OR DEVICE INACCESSIBILITY.
